Treat yourself to a chocolate class with Bernard Dufoux, elected France's best chocolatier in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001, as honoured by the chocolate lovers' guide ("Croqueurs de Chocolats"). The first Wednesday of every month from 2pm to 6pm, you'll enjoy making the candied orange rind dipped in chocolate, truffles, almond pastes, the palets d'or mix of cocoa and ganache.
