Description

The Priory Museum offers workshops for children to discover the collection in a playful way. They consist of a visit and a manual workshop lasting 2 hours, which take place in the afternoon. New in 2022, all the workshops, except for the treasure hunts on 3 and 10 August, are also suitable for children aged 4 to 6 years, lasting 1h-1h15 in the morning.
Registration required

* Wednesday 25 May - "Portraits" workshop: Children will discover the evolution of the portrait and participate in a creative workshop on this theme.
10.30-11.30am: 4 to 6 years old, maximum 8 children, accompanying adult possible
2pm to 4pm: 7 to 12 years old, 15 children maximum

* Wednesday 20 July - "Architecture" holiday workshop: Children will discover the priory and its decorations, then create a coat of arms for the youngest and an initials for the oldest.
10.30am-11.30am: 4 to 6 years old, 8 children maximum, accompanying adult possible
2pm to 4pm: 7 to 12 years old, 15 children maximum

* Wednesday 27 July - "Sculpture" holiday workshop: Children will discover the sculptures kept in the museum and will create a work of art in clay.

2pm to 4pm: 7 to 12 years old, 15 children maximum

* Wednesdays 3 and 10 August, 2pm to 4pm - "Treasure hunt" for children aged 7 to 12.

* Wednesday 17 August - "Ceramics" holiday workshop: Children will discover the temporary exhibition in the form of games, then make a stencil design for the youngest and a clay pot for the oldest.

2pm to 4pm: 7 to 12 years old, 15 children maximum

* Wednesday 24 August - Holiday workshop "Landscape": Children will discover the paintings of Jean Laronze and Paul Louis Nigaud and then create a landscape in paint.

2pm to 4pm: 7 to 12 years old, 15 children maximum
