Come and recharge your batteries in the Charolais countryside, in a small quiet hamlet welcoming an old 17th century barn completely restored. With an unobstructed view of the surrounding grove and a path leading to a large secure pond supplied with spring water. Former barn of a priory which belonged to a descendant of the Duke of Aquitaine, owner of the stronghold of Juchaux. This domain, having at the time of a castle, buildings of dwelling and exploitation, a garden and a rich orchard, was exploited by the monks of Cluny during the Middle Ages before becoming a private agricultural estate. Spacious, comfortable cottage. Warm atmosphere around an old stone fireplace. House steeped in history with French ceiling. Large shaded and sunny garden opening onto the rest of the fenced property. Possibility of swimming and fishing in the secure private pond.
