This 230 m2, 2-storey house with enclosed grounds planted with trees is ideally located right in the town centre.
A 6-kilometre greenway runs from the car park in the centre of Vendenesse to Charolles.
There are some remarkable views and vantage points (renovated Vendenesse town centre, meandering river, footbridge, rocky trench, lime kilns, Charolles countryside, Charolles town ....).
This greenway will continue towards Paray le Monial via Champlecy and Volesvres (works in spring 2026) with more shared lanes and a total of 22km before joining the existing greenway along the Canal du Centre which passes through the centre of Paray le Monial.
